Capricorn Cottage is committed to manufacturing premium quality farmhouse cheese.

 

We are currently producing three types of Cheese:

• Feta (Greek recipe)

• Gouda (Dutch recipe)

• Saint Maure (French recipe).
   

They are all made from the milk of our Anglo-Nubia and Sannen goats.
